Returns & Exchanges
Please carefully review the returns policy below before submitting a Return Request. Please note that returns sent back without approval cannot be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Returns and Exchanges are done domestically to our US warehouse. Items do not need to be sent to Australia.
EXCHANGE POLICY
1.1 In the event that you have ordered the wrong size, GINIA will exchange goods for a different size subject to availability and payment of the delivery costs of the exchanged goods. Please submit an exchange request via email before returning any goods to ensure GINIA has your size in stock.
Please email admin@fashionata.com.au with your order number and full name in the subject line.
1.2 If you are unsure and need assistance please send any size and fit questions to Customer Service via the contact form. We are always happy to help with fitting and size enquiries. Our exchange policy does not cover returns for try ons, however if you want to exchange for an equal or higher value item, we will gladly assist.
1.3 If you wish to exchange an item, you have 30 days from purchase of the goods to do so. Once contact is made and an authorisation has been approved, the item must be sent back within 7 days of the authorisation. Return or exchange mailing costs are to be covered by the customer.
REFUND POLICY
GINIA may provide a full refund for any garments bought from the GINIA website at http://us.giniartw.com subject to certain conditions.
2.1 If you do not believe the goods match the description on the Website or if you have identified a fault or defect with the goods within 30 days of purchase of the goods, you may return them to GINIA for a full refund.
2.2 Please provide proof of purchase of the goods from the Website
2.3 Send the goods to GINIA in their original condition (without being worn, altered or washed), with the swing tags still attached.
2.4 If goods are returned outside the policy (i.e. outside of 30 days of purchase), they may not be refunded and GINIA will notify you if this is the case. You will be asked if you want the goods to be sent back to you, but you will be responsible for any delivery costs.
2.5 If you bought your goods from a stockist, retailer or from somewhere other than from the GINIA website, you will need to seek a refund from that stockist, retailer or supplier directly.
2.6 If you believe that you are entitled to return the goods under this returns policy please submit a return request via email.

SALE ITEMS
2.7 Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty. Sale items are marked with SALE or FINAL SALE. Please refer to the size guideto ensure the correct size is selected.
